1. Are you factory or trade company? 
We are factory with our own showroom, located in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China.

2. Which countries do you deliver to? 
We can deliver to all countries in the world.

3. What kind of crystals do you use?
Our goal is to give our customers the finest products. Therefore, we use one of the best quality crystals in the world to dress our chandeliers. Among them, Chinese top k9 crystal is usually used, but Egyptian crystal or better crystals are also available.

4. Can I have a crystal sample to check the quality?
You are welcome to ask us for free crystal samples before placing an order. But there is a $30 express freight, which will be refunded to you when you buy the chandelier from us.

5. What size of a chandelier do I need?
The chandelier size depends on the style and location it will be hanging. We can suggest suitable size for you as long as you tell us the size of the location and which chandelier style you prefer.

6. Can I customize my chandelier?
We can customize almost all our products according to your requirement. We can change the size, finish, number of lights. Besides, we can also make chandeliers as per your design as long as you provide us a clear picture and specifications.

7. Which payment method do you accept? Can I pay by paypal?
Paypal is not acceptable. We only accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and western union. 30% deposit is required before production. The 70% balance needs to be paid before delivery. But for order below 2000USD, we prefer you pay in full before production to avoid twice handling charges of both sides.

8. Do you have chandeliers in stock? If not, what is your lead time? 
No item is stocked on our factory. We produce chandeliers only after an order is placed. Usually lead time is 30-35 days, but it may be shorter or longer, depending on the chandelier style, quantity and whether we are on busy period.

  9. How are the chandeliers shipped and how long does shipping take?  
We will ship the chandeliers by international express (DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT etc.), by air or by sea, depending on the quantity or your requirement. By international express takes(door to door service) 5-7 days; by air takes 7-10 days (you need to collect goods at airport); by sea takes 20-40 days (you need to collect goods at sea port) depending on the shipping address.

11. How much is the shipping cost for the products?
Shipping cost depends on the weight, packing size, shipping address and shipping method. Usually we will suggest the cheapest and more convenient shipping method for you.

12. What is your warranty?
We give 5 years warranty for our products. Details like below:

1) Within 3 months, any damage or missing part during shipping, we will send replacements to you for free.

2) Over 3 months within 1 year, we will send free replacements, but you need to pay shipping cost.

3) Over 1 year within 5 years, you need to pay for both replacements and shipping cost.

13. What type of light bulbs can I use?
Different chandeliers use different type of light bulbs. The commonly used light bulbs are E14, E12, E26, Gu10, G9 and G4. Please contact us if you have specific     requirement.

14. Do I need to assemble the chandeliers? 
The chandeliers are packed parts by parts to avoid damage during shipping. Therefore, you need to assemble the parts together with the instruction we send. But we do recommend a professional Electrician to do the electrical installation.

15. How to clean the chandeliers? 
Metal parts—use dry cloth, water must be avoided.

Crystals–use water or cleaning fluid that’s specially used for crystals.

16. Do your chandeliers have CE or UL certificate?  
The electrical parts of all our products have CE or UL certificate.

17. Do you have a catalog that I can download online?
We have uploaded our catalog of most products to the website.
